WPC YP Survey Results 2021 - Youth Perception of Oil & Gas industry: Attracting and Retaining Talent

A year ago the YPC Youth Survey Team launched the 2021 WPC Global Youth Survey ‘Youth Perception of the Oil & Gas Industry: Attracting and Retaining Talent” and succeeded in attracting more than 5,600 responses from 112 countries.

The results of the Survey were officially published and presented at the 23rd World Petroleum Congress in Houston (USA) in December 2021. As the energy transition accelerates – our industry needs to renew its talent pool and this issue is becoming increasingly critical. This report focuses on providing a holistic and fact-based perspective on talent attraction and retention in Oil & Gas.
